Terms & Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Flying Purple Pizza Eater for private parties, events, and catering services.

1. Booking & Minimum Order
   A minimum order of 20 pizzas applies to all event bookings.All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the set-up fee has been received.
2. Pricing
   All Pizzas are 12” Neoplitan Style.Pricing is based on the total number of pizzas booked for the event: 20–40 pizzas: £12 per pizza   41–60 pizzas: £11 per pizza   61+ pizzas: £10 per pizza A £120 set-up fee applies to all bookings.
3.  Service Style
   Our service is provided from a flat bed trailer containing the ovens and a 3 x 3m Gazebo and must be sited outdoors.The total space required is 6m x 3m. We are self sufficient and bring all equipment and ingredients to run the service.Access to a suitable power supply is preferable but not essential.Private event catering operates as a buffet-style service.A selection of agreed pizza flavours will be prepared, sliced, and served for guests to help themselves.Pizzas are part-baked on-site prior to service and flash baked to finish cooking. This is to assist with the initial service rush.Pizzas will continue to be cooked and served until the booked pizza quantity has been reached.
4. Menu Selection
   Pizza selections must be agreed in advance prior to the event date.Final menu choices must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.Once confirmed, menu selections cannot be amended within 7 days of the event.
5. Payment Terms
   The £100 set-up fee is payable at the time of booking to secure the event date.Final balances must be paid no later than 14 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking. 
6. Cancellations
   The £100 set-up fee is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the original booking date.After this period, the set-up fee becomes non-refundable.Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be charged up to the full booking value where ingredients, staffing, or preparation costs have already been incurred
7. Event Requirements
   The customer is responsible for ensuring:Suitable access to the event location for equipment setup.Adequate space and safe operating conditions for the pizza service.Access to a suitable power supply if previously agreed as necessary.
8. Service Times
   Service times will be agreed before the event. Delays caused by restricted access, venue issues, or late event changes may affect service times.
9. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
   While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, all food is prepared in environments where allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, and others may be present.The Flying Purple Pizza Eater cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
10. Liability
    The business accepts no responsibility for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruption, power failure, or venue restrictions.Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
11. Acceptance
    Payment of the booking fee confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Privacy Policy/Data Protection/Copyright:
    We guarantee that your details will not be disclosed to third parties. We hold your details under the Data Protection Act 1998. These are only used by us to deliver your services. You can request removal of your details at any time. Photos of our products may be taken at the events that we attend for promotional purposes. Our staff will only take photos of our items and services, with or without the guests using the products. If you would not like images of your event to appear on our website/social media, please advise the member of staff attending the event on site and request that the photos not be shown.
